Is it REALLY about the Money?
BySo one thing that has recently come up in a conversation I received from one of my close friends.
And I felt it something a lot of people “think about” and base their whole online journey around.
So it’s today’s “life lesson” for my subscribers. And it does directly relate to everyone who’s reading this because I’ll tell you, until YOU are motivated as person in the RIGHT way, success and a long term business is hard to achieve.
***START CONVERSATION*****
Friend: “Jimmy – How do you do it?”
Me: “Do what?”
Friend: “Motivate yourself? Make lots of money?”
Me: “Friend, that’s your problem right there. You make it about the money and when you make it about ‘the money’ you start to lack motivation quickly when you don’t start earning it quickly. In my niche, we teach those to make money online BUT what many don’t realize is it’s NOT just about the money. You should be looking at the long term picture- your drive and passion of wanting THE big picture.”
Friend: “What do you mean- big picture?”
Me: “When I’m working away online, working MORE hours sometimes than most normal people for my online business, it’s not because I want the money. The money comes with success. My big picture is a comfortable life, feeling proud of my accomplishments, and the fun the challenges & experience I learn from what I do.”
Friend: “So when will you slow down? When will you stop working so hard?”
Me: “The answer is .. NEVER. I can’t. I’m not built that way. I’m always going to push myself to the limits. Why? Because I love the challenge. I love working hard and seeing the results. And with results, the money will flow on it’s own.”

See, I want the fun stuff in life. Big vacations, nice cars, big houses, really nice watches (my guilty pleasure), but all this is just reward for all my hard work. And even if I had everything I wanted in life…
I would keep pushing forward.
Think about it- why do millionaires become billionaires and billionaires just keep pushing harder? Why do people like Donald Trump work as hard as he is, even if he’s one of the richest men in the world? Because it’s NOT about the money. It’s about the challenge and the BIG picture.
And one thing I will tell you RIGHT NOW, is if it’s about the money to you, you need to step back and think about it.

I once read a ebook on Secrets of Self-made Millionaires by Adam Khoo. I began to understand that what separate those who did it and those who can’t. It is an established fact that only 5% of the people who try to make money online, did it sucessfully. The deciding factors are,
1. Have a clear and detail plan of what you want and work towards it.
2. Believing is critical to success.
3. See hurdles as challenges to overcome
4. Never procastinate.
5. Knowing that even if you did not suceed in the end, you have already gained. You are smarter and more experience that you were previously.
